Paper submissions are now closed. The timeline is as follows:

Two (2) topic areas are open for submission: Construction Education (pedagogical content)
Research in graduate and/or undergraduate education Construction Practice (non-pedagogical content)
Research in construction practices and techniques or related fields

Abstracts are required to be submitted as a MS Word file (.docx) using the template provided. The template can be downloaded here.

One (1) author cannot be associated with more than two (2) poster abstract submissions; the only exception being if more than one (1) of the authors is attending the conference.

All abstracts will be double-blind peer reviewed; author names and affiliations should not be revealed in the abstract. Final acceptance and publication of abstracts will be contingent upon presenting your poster in person at the ASC Conference.

Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit a digital copy of their poster into easychair and present a hard copy of their poster at the conference. Guidelines for creating the poster will be provided to the successful authors.

All accepted posters submitted to easychair will be evaluated by a review panel and the highest rated poster will be recognized with a Best Poster Award during the conference.

Authors work on preparing a poster abstract via the template provided. |

|
Authors submit a poster abstract through the EasyChair ASC 2022 poster submission link. The abstract shall not include any identifying information, such as author’s names, affiliations and contact information. However, this identifiable information should be included as appropriate in the EasyChair abstract submission system. |
|
|
Poster abstracts will be reviewed through EasyChair. Comments from the reviewers will be sent to the corresponding author(s) as appropriate. |
|
|
Authors will revise the poster abstract based on reviewer’s comments. A detailed list indicating how the authors addressed each of the reviewer’s comments is required. |
|
|
Revised poster abstracts and detailed list of comment responses to be uploaded to EasyChair by this date. |
|
|
After review of author’s comments and revisions, reviewers will vote on the poster abstract’s publication and presentation potential. Authors are notified electronically upon receipt and completion of the review process. |
|
|
If the poster abstract has been accepted, authors will be notified and sent further information regarding the final submission requirements. Submission to the ASC Annual International Conference implies the abstract is not being considered nor has been published elsewhere and that the authors will submit a digital copy of their poster to easychair and present the poster in-person at the ASC Conference. |
|
|
Authors shall submit their revised poster abstract inclusive of any identifying information (names, affiliations and contact information). This shall be submitted following the ASC Proceedings Style Guide. |
|
|
Authors shall submit the digital copy of the poster onto the easychair website. Authors are to follow the ASC Poster Preparation Guidelines and include any identifying information. |
